Ageing is a biological process common to all living beings. It is an unavoidable process, genetically determined but accelerated by environmental factors such as exposure to the sun, tobacco and pollution, unbalanced diets, stress and lack of sleep, among other factors. These factors can partly be corrected or avoided by means of a correct food diet, a good intake of water and the application of cosmetics suitably formulated to counteract, to a large extent, the influence of the free radicals, which accelerate the physiological process and cause premature ageing of the skin, and which similarly affect the epidermal and dermal tissue with vascular and glandular implications.

The skin around the eyes has individual anatomical and physiological characteristics that make it different from the skin on the rest of the face. Its thickness is considerably less (from 5 to 10 times finer) and it has a chronic deficit of blood and lymphatic circulation. The venous circulation insufficiency is responsible for the appearance of changes in colour on the lower eyelid or rings under the eyes, which is potentiated by the fine layer of skin. The lymphatic circulation deficit is responsible for the fact that tiredness or a bad night can cause liquid to be retained at this level causing the bags. This is made worse when an accumulation of fat and loss of cutaneous flexibility is added to this process.

This treatment is specifically formulated for the skin around the eyes. It has a refreshing effect, which leaves the eyes without any trace of bags or dark shadows. The day pearls are especially moisturising and protective and their function is to help the skin of the eyelids cope with external aggressions (pollution, UV, central heating...) increasing the defences. It can be used sporadically as flash beauty treatment, as it affords luminosity to the skin, it fixes make-up avoiding shine and direct contact of the skin with the make-up, so that it cannot be altered with sebaceous secretion.

Active Ingredients: Retinol Ceramides

At night, the face muscles relax and the cellular regeneration process increases. There is an increase in the synthesis of collagen and the production of free radicals is minimal.
